    Ring Lost on Redington Shores Beach, SRARC recovers it.

    Paul was in waist deep water swimming on Redington Shores Beach.  When he was home later he discovered his wedding ring had come off.  Paul found our SRARC Ringfinders website and contacted Howard Metts.  A hunt was scheduled and a team of SRARC  Ringfinders consisting of Joe Montione, Mike Shuler, Dimitur Alipiev, and Howard Metts were at the beach six days latter.  Mike Shuler immediately found a a 2019 High School ring.  Forty minutes latter Mike came up with Paul’s wedding ring.  Paul was joined our team minutes after and was overjoyed to see his wedding ring again.  Mike will also return the high school ring after contacting the school.  Great job team!

    **Class Ring Follow-up**

    Thanks to the detective work of Mike Shuler’s wife Mary (also a Ringfinder), contact was established with the family of Victor, the ring’s owner. Victor and his mother, Stephanie picked the ring up just in time for his graduation party the following day!

    Lost Ring Indian Rocks Beach IRB, Recovered By SRARC

    Jack was enjoying the water at Indian Rocks Beach when he watched his wedding ring slide off his finger into the water. He located our SRARC Ringfinder group on the internet and placed a call to Howard Metts. A hunt was set for the next day with Bill Galant, Mike Shuler, and Howard Metts as the hunters. After 45 minutes, Mike Shuler came up with the ring ending Jack’s family vacation in Florida on a happy note.

    Lost Ring Bradenton Beach, Recovered By SRARC

    Pat and whole family came down from Nova Scotia to Bradenton Beach for a short semi annual family reunion. They were all out on the beach enjoying the warm weather and they started throwing a football around. Pat was out in waist deep water and all of a sudden he noticed his wedding ring was missing. He had no idea when the ring had slipped off, but the area he had played in was fairly small. Later he was talking with his wife, a tax account who had missed the trip due to a very busy tax season, and she found us on a google search. She gave him the number and soon SRARC made an appointment to meet. Mike Miller met Pat the next morning and in about 10 minutes he had his wedding ring back on his finger.

    Emily was enjoying a day at the beach when she lost her ring. The park ranger had her call Howard Metts who was able to locate the ring within 2 minutes. This is the SRARC Ring Finders third ring recovery on Honeymoon Island this year.

    Lost Ring On Longboat Key Found By SRARC

    Vicki was on Longboat Key out to get a suntan while visiting her mother for her 87th birthday celebration. She took off her three wedding rings to apply suntan lotion and promptly forgot about them. Later when back in the condo she realized her rings were missing. It was almost dark so she raced out to where she had been sitting and was lucky to find two of the missing rings. After spending hours looking for the last ring her friend Genger, googled “lost ring longboat key” and up came SRARC ring finders. Vicki kind of scoffed at the idea but Genger persisted and arrangements were made for a hunt. Joe Borg, Nick Hall, and Mike Miller arrived on the scene and soon the hunt was in full swing, After a short time Mike got the hit and up came the missing ring. Vicki was overjoyed and off she went with a great big smile to her mother’s 87th birthday dinner celebration.

    Lost Ring In Bradenton Beach Found By SRARC

    On the last full day of enjoying the beautiful weather on Bradenton Beach, Florida, a tragedy happened.

    The family, playing ball in the water, lost a wedding ring. Elena’s ring slid off her finger in the cool water never to be seen again. A quick look on the internet and SRARC was discovered. Mike and Joe hunted for 2 hours and finally on the last sweep of the area, the ring was found. A very happy ending for a beautiful family on vacation.

    Ed and Christi brought the family down to Anna Maria Island from Saint Lewis to celebrate the successful surgery on their son for a brain tumor. It was a time to celebrate after a very tough year of medical procedures. On their first day they of course had to hit the beach. Ed was bouncing his daughter in the waves as they crashed on to the shore, when he felt his wedding ring slip off. He couldn’t believe his bad luck after such a hard year. The ring had never been off his finger since his wedding day and he searched franticly for hours. That evening he found SRARC Ring Finders and they scheduled a hunt for the following day. Since Mike, Nick, and Joe were already on the island the original hunters handed the hunt off to them. Ed had done a great job of identifying where the ring had come off and he led the team right to the site. In a few minutes Mike got the hit and up came the ring. Ed was overcome and was shaking with delight as the ring was returned to his finger. Our prayers are with Ed and Christi’s son for a speedy and full recovery from his surgery.

    Lido Key: Lost Ring Is Recovered

    McKenzie was down on Lido Key beach chillin’ out with some friends on Sunday. She had her wedding ring of ten years on when they decided to serve a volleyball back and forth to each other. On one of her serves, McKenzie felt her ring fly off. She didn’t see where it went but everyone stopped what they wee doing and searched for the ring. After having no luck, she went and got a metal detector and searched for a couple more hours with no result. After hearing about the loss that evening one of her friends whispered into her ear that there was a Metal Detecting group that would come and help her search for her lost ring. She contacted SRARC Ring Finders and Mike Miller made arrangements to meet the next morning. She showed up with her husband and metal detector and pointed out the area that the ring might be. After about an hour Mike found and returned her ring. Then the plot thickens. It turns out that she had made arrangements to turn this ring in along with some additional cash for an upgraded Diamond ring to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary. She didn’t know what they were going to do if the ring had not been found. Disaster averted!!!!! With SRARC to the rescue. It’s great to see McKenzie smiling again.

    Lost Ring At Sand Key Recovered

    Chris traveled from the Chicago area and was staying on Sand Key Beach visiting family.  He noticed his platinum wedding band was missing, and the last time he remembered seeing it was when he placed it on his lap to apply sunscreen.  He found The Ringfinders, and Howard Metts put out a notification. Bill Gallant and Mike Shuler met Chris at the condo and were escorted to the area on the beach where his family was gathered. In less than 5 minutes, Bill was holding up the ring!
