Lost Wedding Rings Recovered on Treasure Island
Gary and Beth were relaxing on Treasure Island Beach. Upon leaving, a lounge chair was closed and her wedding rings were lost in the sand. They searched the area around the chair but no luck. The resort office gave them the name and number for SRARC and a call out was issued.
As Joe Szemer arrived, Gary and Beth met him in the lobby. It was a short walk to the beach and the location of the lost items. A few swings of the detector and both rings were recovered.
Hi my name is Mark McCown. I was at a treasure island resort last month 5 18 19 when the beach ate my ring. We made contact with starch & I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that showed up in a matter of May be 15 minutes. Anyway he found my ring that I searched for a good hour. He found in 30 seconds. Very grateful for this. We took a picture but has not been put on your web pages??? Anyway Thank you once again what a great service that should be more known. The beach is very hungry and alot of people have returned home from vacation without their valuables because like myself never had a clue of your clubs presence.
